Nikola Tesla to Compel Revision of Technical Literature

Mr. Nikola Tesla claims to have verified a new discovery in electricity which will compel the revision of the technical literature of the science. He says he has found that the capacity of an electrical conductor is variable; that the capacity increases with elevation: that it reaches a maximum in summer and a minimum in winter; that there is a daily variation, with the minimum at night, and that both sunlight and the moon cause a difference in the capacity of conductors. Recent observations and experiments in Colorado are the main basis of the inventor's novel conclusions.
