A judgment for $3,299 was filed in the Supreme Court yesterday against Nikola Tesla, inventor, in a suit by the St. Regis Hotel Company, on a note made Nov. 20 last. The papers were served on Tesla at 2 East Fifty-fifth Street on Jan. 14, and no answer was filed.
