Nikola Tesla Articles
Medical Freedom & Free Energy for the '90s
On Monday, June 3, at The Knights of Columbus in Boonville at 7 p.m. there will be an informational meeting about the alternative treatments for cancer, AIDS, MS, and Alzheimer’s, etc.
The guest speaker will be J. W. McGinnis of Colorado Springs, Colorado, president of the International Tesla Society (ITS) Inc., a not-for-profit organization made up of members throughout the world who have joined together to help make the genius of Nikola Tesla known.
Tesla, a scientist had many monumental inventions during his lifetime (1856-1943) including the radio, the Alternating Current motor, bladeless turbines and pumps, etc. He registered over 700 patents worldwide.
Most people today have not even heard the name Tesla, but he probably has had more effect on life today than any other inventor. Without Tesla the automobile would not be able to run, as every gas-powered automobile made includes a Tesla Coil to cause the spark plugs to fire. And every time you turn on a light switch, you can thank Tesla for the AC current that you receive in your home.
Mr. McGinnis appearance in Boonville is sponsored by the friends and members of the Tesla Society. The suggested donation charge is $5, and there will be a door prize drawing. For more information call 348-6488.
