Mr. Tesla Gives His Opinion

Mr. Tesla, the great electrician, gives it as his opinion that not many years elapse before the inhabitants of the Earth will be in electric communication with Mars. This may come about all right; then some politician will want to discover a way to Mars and capture her, planting the American flag there.
