Niagara Power Not Limited to Buffalo

According to Tesla, high electric currents can be carried 500 miles and made commercially available. This would not limit Niagara power to Buffalo, but would carry it to any part of the State, and as far as Chicago. The possibilities of Niagara power can hardly be realized, such being the case. There will be a demand for all that can be taken from the cataract. It will furnish light, heat and power to as many cities, towns and villages as can be reached by the lines, and delivered in competition with coal and steam.
