Nikola Tesla Must Pay Up

C. J. DUFFNER GETS JUDGMENT AGAINST FAMOUS INVENTOR IN THE DISTRICT COURT.

Judge Robert Kerr in the county court yesterday sustained the attachment of the plaintiff in the case of C. J. Duffner vs. Nicola [sic] Tesla, and entered judgment for the plaintiff for the sum of $789.59, together with $100.63 Interest to the commencement of the action and $29.35 to the date of trial, making a total of $928.57.
