Raising Our Vibrations

Nikola Tesla will use electricity on defective children in the New York public schools this winter. He will charge a room with it, put the children into the room and raise their vibrations to such an extent that they will be as capable as any other children. It is said that the experiment has been tried in Sweden, and with very great success. Now, while this sounds almost too good to be true, it isn’t so astonishing when we compare it, for instance, with the effect which deep breathing has on certain people under certain conditions. Any one may raise his vibrations by deep breathing so that his mental workings immediately are clearer and quicker. We’re just beginning to make our connections with the unseen world.
