Riverhead, L, L., April 17 — The suit brought against Nikola Tesla, the scientist, by Clover Bolt Miles and George Bolt Jr. as executors of their father's estate was decided today by Rowland Miles, the referee, in favor The action was of the plaintiffs. brought to foreclose mortgages on 200 acres of land at Shoreham, Suffolk County.

The attorney decided that Tesla was not entitled to the counter claim for $200,000, as the value of the scientific plant which was partially destroyed. when the plaintiffs ordered the buildings demolished.
