For the second time within six months Sheriff Wells has advertised the famous Tesla Tower, at Wardenclyffe, for sale to satisfy a judgment. The former judgment was in favor of Dr. Warden, and the case was settled before the date of sale. Last week Sheriff Wells again advertised the Tesla property for sale on Monday, December 9, to satisfy a judgment in favor of August Eisenmann, on which there is due $199.31. Ralph J. Hawkins is the attorney for the judgment creditor. The property at Wardenclyffe consists of 200 acres on which is the great Tesla tower. Nikola Tesla is an inventor. He tells Sheriff Wells that he will soon settle the claim that is now outstanding and stop the sale.
