How Authentic Are Space Communications?

"For those of you of the planet Earth who are presently dwelling in coastal areas, we would advise you to remove entirely from those areas. We repeat... for those of you residing in coastal areas we strongly urge that you remove entirely from those areas. There are to be following changes in the coastal areas of your planet..."

The name, "Korton," was very familiar to me. He had issued this particular communique and mentioned that the warning had been issued based upon the observations of our planet over a three month period during the summer of 1976.

I am sure that most of you are familiar with the havoc wrought to various coastal areas, in different parts of the world, by natural disaster, during the summer months of 1976; devastating earthquakes, volcanic rumblings, volatile spills from tankers that necessitated evacuations, hurricanes, tidal waves, unknown killer diseases — the list of disasters, and the death toll, is long.

How authentic are these space communications, and how much does the public really know about them? Is the majority of the public even aware of them? Does the public want to know more about them? Although only a small part of the story can be recounted here, I can assure you that what you are about to read will be of no small importance.

Most of the following information was discussed by Richard Miller during a lecture with the Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship Group on January 20, 1974. Mr. Miller is considered an authority on UFO and space communications. He was an observer of the well-publicized "Mantell incident," was involved in the investigations concerning Project Blue Book and has been a professional electronic engineer. Over the period of the last two decades, he has tried to communicate with UFOs by a short wave radio and infra-red beam apparatus. In 1954 his efforts resulted in a direct physical encounter with a UFO. As a result of that, and many other experiences, Richard Miller is well versed in all phases of the UFO and space communications story, and has been able to talk with nearly every individual connected with the UFO enigma. They have shared notes, experiences and investigations.

"One of the things that is unfortunate about the entire UFO story," says Miller, "is the degree of secrecy and cover-up that has taken place to suppress information regarding these visitors from space. Since I am no longer affiliated, in any official capacity with the government, I can speak quite freely. I am not telling you anything which is still under the Official Secrets Act, but I can tell you this: Not only have the world's governments been communicated with, personally, but this communication, for the past seven years, has been going on 24 hours a day, seven days a week, month after month and year after year."

We and others, throughout the Universe, have been listening to intelligent broadcasts from space over the period of the last seven years. These galactic broadcasts are going on continuously in order to capture the attention of emerging civilizations throughout space. You may have heard of this, in a guarded way, during our attempts to bounce radar signals off the Moon and various planets. However, that was actually the official way of answering those messages received. The signals are coming from two known locations in space; from the star Gamma Aries, and from the Andromeda Galaxy. The intelligent signals are being received in various forms; through mathematical symbols, in a pulse information code, and musically.

This is not the only information that the governments have chosen not to reveal. We have already spent millions of dollars on probes to Venus as well as to Mars. But what has the public learned? What do they choose to tell us and what do they choose to withhold?

It seems that the general public is not aware of the fact that conversation can be censored out of transmissions between ground control and our astro- nauts by a delayed tape method. This allows a time lapse of several minutes between ground control and the broadcast into our homes. We are not getting all that we think we are getting.

Richard Miller tells an interesting story about Mars in his lecture. He says that the two "moons" of Mars, Phobos and Deimos, do not behave according to the laws of planetary motion. Both of them orbit at a much closer distance than they should, under 5000 miles from the surface of their parent planet. The speed of their orbits, moreover, is greater than three times that of Mars' orbital speed. Natural moons do not travel three times faster than their parent planet.

These orbiting moons are both artificial satellites. They are hollow and metallic. They are made either of aluminum or magnesium, both complex, unnatural metals which must be highly processed to be used. These moons were placed in orbit around the planet Mars over 3000 years ago by highly intelligent beings. This has been confirmed by space authorities, by members of NASA, and by several of the world's leading astronomers. What is more, they were given this information, initially, by our friends from space. For those of you who wish names and more detailed information I refer you to the taped lecture entitled "Earthman Come Home," given by Richard Miller at Asbury Methodist, January 20, 1975, Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship.

Space communications have revealed that there are two undiscovered planetoids beyond the orbit of Pluto that belong to our solar system. Scientists have thought for years that one exists but have never found it. It is said, also, that two artificial satellites are in orbit around our Earth, that they are "information" satellites and are a repository for past knowledge.

Space communications have also supplied us with a timetable of events concerning the Earth's immediate future. This timetable has not been released by the authorities. The events start in 1975 and continue until the year 2010.

According to Miller, many changes are in order, changes that will affect the molecular and atomic structure in all matter and also changes in other kinds of matter not observable by our senses. The messages state that natural violence will continue to increase and will result in a critical ecological imbalance caused by the ignorance of science and commerce. Food shortages will occur because of the shutting off of foreign imports to many areas of the world. Overpopulation will not be a problem of the future because of cataclysmic destruction wrought by the forces of nature. There will be profound changes in the world's governmental structures. New species of plant and vegetable life will appear.

These space communications began nearly 25 years ago, and many of them have withstood the test of time.

One day soon, hopefully, the world's people will know all the facts. Man's freedom and free will can only progress in relation to his knowledge and his wisdom. Suppress such knowledge and the day will come when we find ourselves face-to-face with those intelligent agents who are now communicating to us. Panic will no doubt result. Panic is bred and nourished through ignorance and an uninformed public.
