Tesla announces that he can kill disease germs and not kill persons by sending millions of volts of electricity through the human anatomy. He thinks he has found the fountain of perpetual youth, by which a person can burn out all the disease microbes periodically, and get an entirely new hold upon existence. — Binghamton Republican.
