Secures Ground for an Experiment Station at Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs, Colo., May 19. - Nikola Tesla, the electrician, keeps closely confined to his room and is practically unapproachable. It was learned to-day, however, that he has secured from W. S. Jackson the privilege of using a piece of high land in the rear of the State School for the Deaf and Blind east of the city, where he will construct a station for the purpose of carrying on his experiments. His assistants have not yet arrived with his instruments.
