The wireless research done by Nikola Tesla over 30 yrs set up the work of many new sciences and medicine. After perfecting the AC power system for the world, Tesla began developing the one wire transmission model around 1886-1888. This system utilized high voltages and frequencies to set up resonant waves in a single wire to allow one wire energy transmission. The system was first shown at lectures in England and colleges running bulbs and motors with only one wire as the input. This caused great amazement in the crowds of scientist because it was challenging electrical science and scientific laws. This lecture also shows the first x-ray tubes being run by induction coils and also one wire terminals, even a basic ruby laser and compact florescent bulb were first shown for the first time in human history. More importantly Tesla referred to this one wire model as the start of a world wireless energy system, with the resonance of the earth as the conducting wire, you could have the same effect as the simple model he shown before him. Once Tesla was back in New York, he began making larger devices and developing the first radio and wireless power transfer models of medium power. During this time Tesla made radio signals that were transferred to a ship on the Hudson river and also he demonstrated at the garden that radio controlled technology could be utilized to control automatons or robots with precision using tuned circuits. These tuned circuits also contained basic computer logic (AND, OR), so Tesla had a foot hold in basic computer logic. Around this time a huge fire destroyed Tesla's lab with many perfected devices and scientific work, this was
