John J. O'Neill was the science editor for the New York Herald Tribune. He had known Dr. Tesla personally for a period of 40 years. Being a science editor and close friend and confidant of Tesla he was well qualified to write a biography on the Master Scientist, Nikola Tesla. Dr. O'Neill had first met Tesla as a boy when he worked as a page in the New York City Library. His interest in science developed through his contact with Tesla. Mr. O'Neill later became one of America's foremost science editors.
