Dear Mr. Hooms,

     I am a student of the Milwaukee School of Engineering, studying Electrical Engineering. I am also interested in the life and work of Nicola Tesla. I understand, that at the time of this death, your departure took his manuscripts and experiment data for national security. I am preparing a papers to be presented before the student branch of the American Institute of Electrica Engineers on Tesla.

     If it is possible, I would appreciate material hearing on Tesla's conduct of the and methods of experiment.
