DETAILS: AT DOVER, DELAWARE [REDUCTED] Mr. ABE SPANEL, President of the International Latex Corporation, advised that [REDUCTED] He stated that he had been a very good friend of NICK TESLA who has died recently and that he believes that the subject is a third or fourth cousin of TESLA and that when TESLA died, the subject was his only close relative in this country and TESLA's effects came into his possession.
