August 24th, 1899 letter from George Scherff to Nikola Tesla

Dear Mr. Tesla:

Mr. Uhlman reports that the work of the shop is on the armature, commutator, shaft, pulley and minor brass parts of the third independent break and the development of the and pump. The light which the pump gives is almost steady. 

The inclosed letter and statement were received to-day.
