Dear Mr. Tesla:

Mr. Uhlman reports that the work on the second independent break is keeping all the men busy and is progressing rapidly, and he is himself still occupied on the design of the break with overflow feature.

The mail during the last few days has contained nothing but a few advertisement circulars and journals.
