This application has been examined. In line 2 of page 2 "is" should be it. In line 1 of claim 6 it is suggested that the phrase, machine adapted to be be inserted after "A" and that "machine" after "propelled" be canceled. Claims 1, 2, 3, 7, and 10 are stated in alternative terms, and are therefore informal. See the Commissioner's decision in éx parte Reid, 15 0.G., p.8821879. Claims 4 and 8 are specific to the modification shown in Figs. 3 and 4, and claim 5, to the modification shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Division is therefore required into two portions. see the Commissioner's decision in ex parte Eagle, C.D. 1870, p.137. Claims 1 to 4 and 6 to 10 are rejected on the German patent to Winkler, #35,783, May 27, 1886, Hydraulic Motors, Rotary. Claim 5 is rejected on Winkler above cited in view of Lundwall, #631, 469, Aug. 22, 1899, Pumps, Rotary, Single Piston. Claim 11 is rejected on Winkler above cited in view of Thrupp, #699,636, May 6, 1902, Steam Engines, Rotary Impact.
