This case should contain a suitable cross reference to applicant's copending application Serial No.603,049, filed Jan. 17, 1911. There is not considered to be any proper line of division between claims 7 to 9 of this case and claims 15 to 22 of applicant's copending application #603,049, because these claims in the two cases read upon machines that are exactly alike, and the first case passed to issue will become a reference for the other case, under the Commissioner's decision in ex parte Feister, 53 0.G., 1089. Claims 1 to 6 are rejected on Lundwall, of record. Claims 7, 8, and 9 are rejected on the ground that Lundwall showS the substantial equivalent of their subject-matter.
