Buy Butterworth Commissioner of Patents. The subject matter of this application is not yet clear. Applicant makes a point of the fact that the electricity in his invention is conveyed through the atmosphere by conduction as distinguished from induction. His claims both depend on this feature for their novelty. Yet it has not been made plain that the facts are as stated. First of all the applicant refers to the elevation at which he uses his terminals as if this were a feature of the invention by reason of the fact that the air is more rarePied higher up than it is at the sea level.
