If a suitable source of current is already old in the art, only the general characteristics of the same should be specified, accompanied by a statement that it is old and well known. It is not required in the specification that an applicant shall specify all the forms which his invention may take or that he shall confine his claims to the specific apparatus shown, but it is evident from a consideration of the statures that a mere suggestion is not sufficient, but that an applicant must present some one apparatus fully worked out in all its parts, and must explain how that particular apparatus may be used to produce the results contemplated. From the specification filed, it cannot be determined whether or not applicant has presented an operative systen.. Consideration of the question of operativeness is therefore deferred. The clains are rejected as based upon a specification which does not comply with the statutory requirements. ane. سدھ Iter & Suty t 850 191
