The amendment filed Dec. 30, 1899, does not correspond in all respects with the specification on file, and on that account it has been found necessary to withdraw the case from issue. The following errors are noted: In other respects, the amendment is correct. Page 11, line 1, "one hundredths etc." is not found, but two hundred ths "occurs in that line.
