The discussion of the state of the art beginning with line 1, page 2, and ending with line 9, page 5, is still considered objectionable, This discussion not only attempts to set up the prior art but contains comments and criticisms of systems of telegraphy invented by applicant and by others. Whether these comments and criticisms are true or not, the office does not undertake to de termine. Since applicant's invention consists in a method of utilizing these electrical radiations, however, produced, criticisms and comments on methods of producing these radiations have no place in the present application.
