The discussion of the state of the art beginning with line 1, pago 2, and ending with line 15, page 5, adds nothing to an under standing of the invention claimed in this application. The invention claimed consists in a method of and means for utilizing effects transmitted through the natural media, and is not concerned with the manner in which these offoots are generated or trans mitted. Moreover the art às Bet forth is well known and any extended discussion is unmoe88. This discussion of the state of the art should accordingly be canceled. The date of filing and serial number of the application refered to in lines 3 and 3, page 7, should be supplied. The modifications refered to in the paragraph beginning with O.K. 14mo RCLE 73. In every amendment exact word or words to be strieken ont or inserted in the application must be specified and the precise point indicated where the emaure or insertion is to be made.
