The amount of work Nikola Tesla, the electrician, does is phenomenal. His life is passed in his laboratory from rising till late at night and his meals are served there. He never goes out to entertainments or receptions. He believes that plenty of sleep goes far toward preserving the body, but does not himself practice what he preaches. He has not time.
