Books and Authors

Two books of verse will be issued in April, Robert Underwood Johnson's new volume of "Poems," and "A Handful of Verse," by Harrison S. Morris, for many years managing director of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Mr. Johnson's volume will contain the group of "Paraphrases From the Servian," versified from literal translations by Nikola Tesla from his mother tongue, and the five long pieces by which Mr. Johnson is best known — "The Winter Hour," the "Apostrophe to Greece." "The Voice of Webster," "Hands Across Sea" and "The Italian Rhapsody."
