Tesla Sues for $250,000

Makes Counter Claim Against Lawyers in Patent Case.
Nikola Tesla filed an answer in the Supreme Court yesterday to a started by Kerr, Page & Cooper, patent attorneys, to recover $10,000 for legal services. Tesla denies he owes the attorneys anything and asks judgment on a counter claim for $250,000.
Tesla alleges that between 1900 and 1914 he engaged the attorneys to obtain certain patents for him, and because of their failure to do so he has been damaged in the amount claimed.
