be a great honor, but it must be recognized that special bills proposing the issuance of commemorative stamps are most difficult from the stand point of obtaining final Congressional approval. The Bill has been referred to the Committee on Post office and Civil Service, headed by Senator Olin D. Johnston.
NEWS NOTES
The Tesla Museum in Belgrade opened a few months ago and contains a prodigious amount of valuable material, beautifully displayed. It is expected other Eurpoean capitals will also celebrate the anniversary of Tesla's birth, giving the Centennial international significance.
American and Canadian Serbians under auspices of the Serb National Federation in Pittsburgh recently organized a committee for the our nose of erecting a monument to Tesla, possibly in Illinois. Several thousand dollars has already been raised by that group.
