The room also contains a forge, grinder, vices, lathes and some AC motors for running the heavy machinery. This room was very important for furnishing different replacement parts for the tower and specialized tools. This room was also a display room at one point which showcased Tesla's various historical achievements into the "art of wireless technology". It is located on the northern part of the building, facing what use to be the old railroad line which does not exist in the recent aerial picture of the area, instead there are power lines in this area where the railroad tracks existed at one point. The railroad line would have connected to the tower supply train line to bring in coal supply for the steam boilers.
