The Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade

Thanks to the efforts of Tesla’s nephew Sava Kosanović, Tesla’s personal possessions were transported to Belgrade in fifty large cases weighing a total of 6 tons. All items were carefully sorted out and classified.

The whole material has been re-arranged so that it is now accessible for detailed study. The collection contains 70,000 letters between Tesla and 6,780 different correspondents, 12,238 documents with details from Tesla’s life, 31,552 original and other documents relating to Tesla’s scientific work, 5,297 technical drawings, 688 photographs, and many other papers.
