TO OUR READERS: The Editors of this Journal wish to point out that, to the best of their knowledge, this enterprise is the first of its kind in the history of Tesla Studies in both the U.S.A. and Canada. The Editors extend cordial greetings to all their readers and invite them to submit relevant scholarly articles and book reviews for possible publication in our future issues. The Editors would appreciate timely information concerning any noteworthy public experiences, accomplishments and publications of their members in the recent past as well as significant academic and social activities in their respective areas contemplated and planned for the immediate future. The Editors would also like to inform their readers that all the work on this Journal represents a labor of love and admiration for Nikola Tesla, voluntarily contributed despite many other professional obligations and personal commitments totally unrelated to this Society. Finally, the Editors welcome constructive and benevolent critical suggestions for possible alternatives and improvements in the future issues of the Journal as well as the program and work of the Society as a whole.
