Dear Sirs,

        I am doing a research study on the life of Dr. Nikola Tesla of New York City (1856-1943), and desire information which you may have. It was reported in the book "Prodigal Genius" that Dr. Tesla's papers were seized from his New York hotel room upen his death in 1943 by the F.B.I.. I am very interested in getting copies of his papers for my study and would like to know if this report is true and where I might obtain further information about them or if you are holding them.
