Dear Mr. Tesla:

The work of the shop, Mr. Uhlman reports, is on the castings, switch, pulley cover, shaft, brass parts and disk of the third independent break, and development of the pump.

The enclosed letter was received to-day. I have informed Mr. Sachers of your absence and stated, that you would undoubtedly regret the impossibility of complying with his wish.
