December 5th, 1899 letter from George Scherff to Nikola Tesla

Dear Mr. Tesla:

The work of the shop continues on the revolving shaft, pump, spark rods, contact connections and on the mica condenser. The patterns for the castings needed for the new oscillator are at the foundry.

Mr. Uhlman and I beg to inquire again about your health and the success of the work, not out of idle curiosity, but prompted by anxiety for the former and our deep interest in the latter.
