In the matter of the application above named we hereby tion of claim 5 will be amend as follows: √v In line 3 of claim 3, for "planed" read "plane" / In line 5 of claim 6, for "plain" read, plane" / ✓ In line 2 of claim 7, for "plain" read plane As we understand the Examiners letter of January 6th, the above amendment places the case in condition for allowance, and we respectfully ask that action be taken. We do not assent to the position taken by the Office, that claim 5 could be properly rejected on applicant's other case in the event that the latter should go to patent first, but we hope that this question may not arise, and that no patent showing the combinapatented prior to the issue of the present case.
