Y., represents that on January 18, 1902, he filed an application for letters patent for new and useful improvements in Apparatus for Transmitting Electrical Energy Through the Natural Media, Serial No. 90,245, which application was allowed May 5, 1905, but that he failed to make payment of the final fee within the time allowed by law.
