The statement of invention contained in the sentence beginning with line 3, page 6, is too broad in view of the references hereinafter cited and should be amended. claims 8 and 9 are eagh rejected on the patent to warooni, No. 586,193, July 13, 1897, (Telegraphy, Circuits & Systems). The battery in the coherer circuit is considered to be the equivalent of applicant's storage device as defined in these claims. 9 Claim 11 is objected to as indefinite, being rendered so by the expression #all connected in the manner of a Wheatstone bridge." This expression is insufficient to define applicant's construction. The claim is rejected, however, on English patent to Lodge, No. 18,644, RULE 73. In every amendment the exact word or words to be cricken out or inserted in the application must be specified and the precise point indicated where the creare ur insertion is to be toale. All such amendments must be on sheets of paper separate from the papers previously fled, and written on but cue side of the paper.
