An improvement in the art of transmitting signals electrically, which consists in operating or controlling an indicating me chanis m by a series or group of electrically generated impulses of differing periodicities and of a predetermined order of succession, substantially as set forth. 9. In a wireless telegraph system adapted or designed for the transmission of a message to any one of two or more receiving stations, the method of transmitting the message with reference to the intelligiblè receipt thereof at the desired station, which method consists in the transmission of electro-magnetic waves or impulses of different periodicities in varying order of transmittal by a separate order or grouping of transmittal for each receiving station, substantially as set forth." Replying to the requirements of the Exaniner that certain statements be eliminated from the specification, we beg to say that from the first we have endeavored to set forth clearly but concisely the manner in which this invention may be used to insure both privacy and safety from extraneous interference, and we believe the specification is sufficiently explicit, although the examiner seens to find it wanting as regards the first feature. -2595
