Big news in “The Shepherd”, a farm magazine for sheepmen. The Russians have upset the climate and caused North America’s severest winter ever, and the big drought in the U.S. and Europe. A discovery by Nikola Tesla found that certain radio frequencies when projected into the upper atmosphere are capable of disrupting the Earth’s magnetic field. Few westerners took the discovery seriously. The Russians did and Peter Markovitch, a physicist now in Los Angeles, did 13 years research at Leningrad University. With two transmitting stations transmitting Tesla radio signals, the Russians succeeded in raising the temperature in Russian growing areas by 8% and at the same time totally messed up the Northern jet stream as indicated by weather maps. Canadian and American governments are thinking that the Russians have gotten hold of a monster and don’t know what to do with it.
