Nikola Tesla, the electrical inventor, was today made the defendant in an action filed in the Supreme Court against him by the corporation of Westinghouse, Church, Kerr & Company, to recover the sum of $18,081.40 on a note. The complaint recites that on April 17 1907 the inventor executed the note to the order of the plaintiff, due in four months, and bearing six per cent. interest, “for value received.”
