Tesla Lecture - Theater Crowded to Suffocation

Mr. Tesla's lecture at St. Louis was attended by 4,000 people, the great Exhibition Theatre being crowded to suffocation. Mr. Tesla had naturally to confine himself mostly to spectacular effects, which were of a very beautiful description. Prof, Forbes was on the platform. Mr, Tesla said he believed we were about to see great powers transmitted long distances and over a single wire. An enthusiastic reception was held after the lecture.
