June 15th, 1899 letter from George Scherff to Nikola Tesla

Dear Mr. Tesla:

Mr. Uhlman says that the work on the independent break is occupying all the men, that the armature is being wound and pump being made, and that the spring brush-holders are finished.

I inclose two letters, one of which I cannot understand, and one bill. Under separate cover I forward a copy of this weeks's Electrical Review, containing two articles to which I beg to call your attention.
