Papers Filed At Utica In suit of Westinghouse Against General Electric Company.

UTICA, March 22. — Papers have been filed in the United States court here in a case entitled "The Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company against the General Electric Company." and it is set down for trial April 4. The morning papers set forth that in 1889 the Westinghouse company acquired the exclusive control of the patents of Nikola Tesla known as the "Multiphase system." The Westinghouse company alleges that the General Electric Company is negotiating contracts for use of the multiphase system in violation of the contract entered into between the two companies.
