Nikola Tesla Confesses Judgment

A judgment for $553 was filed in the County Clerk’s office yesterday against Nikola Tesla, the inventor, by Walter L. Bunnell, attorney for Frank E. Cahill, for services performed between August 8, 1903, and June 13, 1904, at Colorado Springs. Mr. Tesla confessed judgment on November 4, 1905, but the legal document was not filed until yesterday. The city of New York obtained a judgment against Mr. Tesla on December 14, 1905, for $475 for personal taxes, but the execution was returned unsatisfied.
