Nikola Tesla Historical Marker, Memorial Park, Colorado Springs

This was the first monument dedicated to Nikola Tesla within the United States. On its third iteration now, the marker stands in the park, just down from the peak of Knob Hill, where the famous Colorado Springs Experimental Station was constructed in the summer of 1899.

It is a fitting tribute to the inventor who brought such excitement to the town and a must-visit site for any Tesla fan.
