William "Bill" C. Wysock
William C. Wysock, or "Bill," as everyone knew him, was a pioneer in Tesla coil building. Bill is the person primarily responsible for the advent of using a large capacity for the top load of Tesla coils. Bill likely still holds world records for the largest Tesla coil ever built in the Model 13M.
Bill was just as much as Tesla historian as he was a builder, speaking at many conferences and supporting the efforts to see Tesla received the recognition he deserved.
Bill was absolutely convinced he'd acquired one of the original Tesla A.C. motor prototypes built by Tesla himself and was featured on a Pawn Stars episode where their expert disagreed.
