The Certificate

As you have noticed, a membership certificate has been enclosed with this issue. No mention or announcement was made regarding this bonus as it was supposed to be included with the 1983 memberships. However, I got started too late on the project and did not finish in time. In fact, it was set aside and forgotten. As the cold weather set into the northeast, my activities were somewhat limited. I found that I had a bit more leisure time to turn to other projects. The enclosed certificate is one of them. Enjoy!
